David Fleming, Executive Chef of the Alhambra has thirty years of experience in the catering, restaurant, corporate culinary, and hospitality industries. A graduate of the School of Culinary Arts, he is well known for his unique skills in preparing Caribbean, African, Italian, French, Nouvelle American and Kosher dishes. He routinely consults with our clients to create custom-designed flavorful menus for each event.
