The Alhambra staff, working in a full restaurant kitchen, turns out a variety of cuisines from soul food to continental cuisine to suit the needs and tastes of our guests. Tastings and menu planning are part of our planning process. Should you want a special cuisine or a particular chef, the facility can accommodate those requirements.
David Fleming, Executive Chef of the Alhambra Ballroom has thirty years of experience in the catering, restaurant, corporate culinary, and hospitality industries. A graduate of the School of Culinary Arts, he is well known for his unique skills in preparing Caribbean, African, Italian, French, Nouvelle American and Kosher dishes. He routinely consults with our clients to create custom-designed flavorful menus for each event.
